My favorite dish to make for my family is lasagna. It is done only a few times a year as by the time I make the sauce, gather the 6 types of cheese, fresh sausage from the butcher and herbs from the garden I am tired. Then there is putting it together and baking. But my family loves it and it is always gone quickly, just leaving me with a lot of dishes to clean up!

I mix it all together with Bernsteins Italian dressing (use a lot of dressing it gets soaked up as it sits). Refrigerate Best when made several hours or a day ahead.

I Love to make Chicken Tetrazzini. It was a childhood favorite that carried over into adulthood. It was what I used to make for all my friends in my early 20’s and it has remained a staple in my married life. It’s an easy dish that whips together using the microwave, and then heats in the oven. Always a great comfort dish and goes even better with a nice glass of wine!
