Get a Good Look at The Nike Kyrie 2 in Green Glow

The Nike Kyrie 2 will officially launch in December and new colorways of the shoe have been surfacing all over the net.

This pair features a Black base and Green Glow accents. Honestly, this colorway makes the shoe look good. They’ve been pretty ugly aesthetically, but this pair looks really nice. Materials still have me curious though; did Nike repeat their mistake of mesh glued to a plastic upper or are they going with an actual mesh built with supportive features such as the lockdown strap and Fuse welds? Traction looks like it’ll perform great though, even on dusty settings with how wide the grooves are placed.

This pair is tentatively scheduled to hit retailers on February 17th with retail set at $125. 1. Gotta say that I was far from convinced the first time I saw this shoe, but this colourway might change my mind.

  2. Am I only one that knows it’s the hyperfuse 2014 with a kyrie logo? Just a strap different traction and logo attached

  3. I don’t know. Looks weird with mesh upper and the strap and I hate were that Nike logo has been placed. Not my kind of shoe.

  4. Anyone know if they beefed up the zoom unit and add a zoom unit to the heal. Home slice is always injured, seems like every high profile game he’s suckin down Black Forest gummy bears and candy corn

  5. I feel these are a real good performance based model. I hope the back area of the shoe is not heavily backed my glue. Also hope the cushions would be better.
